"What is he talking about??" Children: KNOW YOUR HISTORY!) Striking large, white and showy summer flowers looking every bit like big Queen Anne's Lace set atop strong stems to 4 feet tall. The umbellifer flowers are a draw for all manner of beneficial insects. This fine perennial also known as Seombadi and Korean Pig Plant has culinary applications with a flavor settling between lovage and celery. This showy herb can be used in soups. An extract from the roots offers anti-inflammatory benefits. After flowering it will find dormancy briefly. New foliage will sprout in several weeks; the new foliage is virtually evergreen, most definitely in southern haunts. Full to part sun in fertile draining soil. Established potted Seombadi.
