Clematis recta 'Midnight Masquerade'
Plant Type:
SUN PERENNIALSClematis recta 'Midnight Masquerade' (ex: Louis Raymond) - Foliage erupts in exceptional deep, dark purple on this Bush Clematis - the darkest selection yet made which Edelweiss Perennials introduced. Leaves gradually become infused with more green as the season wears but retains a flush of purple lasting longer than other dark-leaved selections. Summer flowers are white, four-petaled and clustered - actually quite showy atop the contrast of dark purple foil. Full sun to half shade in fertile, draining ground. Though tolerant of light shade the darkest colors will be had in more sun. Established potted
