Sempervivum ‘Pacific Knight’ – A rich olive green with rich red tips on this beautiful medium-sized form of Hens and Chicks. When the weather cools the rosettes turn a rich deep burgundy color which carries all through the winter. Site in full sun planted in well-drained soil to a lean, gritty mix. 'Pacific Knight' is a moderate increaser in a clumping habit. Grown from offsets, “chicks”.
