Sempervivum 'Pacific Dawn'

Hens and Chicks

Plant Type:

ARID LAND PLANTS

Sempervivum 'Pacific Dawn' - Pink leaf tips turn red in winter on this Houseleek. In hotter, drier climates than ours in eastern Connecticut I suspect that this most worthy Sempervivum would don more pink extending deeper towards the center of each rosette - we have seen pictures which suggest this is so. The base of each fleshy section is a light olive green. Full sun in well-drained conditions. Grown from offsets, “chicks”.
