Sedum telephium subsp. ruprechtii 'Hab Gray'

Stonecrop

Plant Type:

SUN PERENNIALS

Sedum telephium subsp. ruprechtii ‘Hab Gray’ – We are impressed with this truly gray-leaved larger growing Stonecrop similar in habit to the very well-known ‘Autumn Joy’. The succulent foliage – rounded leaves placed architecturally on the stems – form a most handsome structure upon which summer flattened domes of flowers atop the architectural stems in creamy white to white infused with pink. Late season the flower heads turn sienna brown and blacken just in time for Halloween. As with other S. telephium cultivars the stems remain vertical and attractive all winter, one of few herbaceous perennials with winter interest. Site ‘Hab Gray’ in full blazing sun planted in very well-drained gritty soil for a tighter, bushier plant. Very nice. Cutting grown.

From Ruth B. (GA): I received the plants today, and they look wonderful and healthy!  So excited to see them grow… Thank you so very much!  Have a wonderful day!
