Tilia cordata ‘Green Globe’ (ex: Carole Williamson) – The dark green leaves occur densely on the dwarf rounded form of this Littleleaf Linden. This is a wonderful gnome of a tree which may ultimately rise to 15 feet taking its time getting there. Small white fragrant flowers are borne in July. They are attractive to bees. Our trees are cutting grown, not grafted; in this, these may not reach the 15’ as suggested by growers of grafted plants. Our plants were grown from cuttings originally taken at Carole Williamson's gardens in Columbia, Connecticut. Site in sun to part shade planted in fertile soil. Cutting grown.
