Gosh, I LOVE happy employees.

Sanguisorba obtusa 'Tickled Pink'

Japanese Burnet

Plant Type:

SUN PERENNIALS

Sanguisorba obtusa 'Tickled Pink' - Especially large and pudgy pink catkin-like inflorescence arch and / or dangle from 24 to 36-inch stems during the latter half of the growing season. Attractive blue-green compound leaves are coarsely ferny. This will draw butterflies which will, no doubt, also tickle you. 'Tickled Pink' will provide a soft and pleasing presence in a part sun herbaceous border, providing a groundcover at the feet of darker-colored evergreens such as yews or an element in the dappled shade woodland garden. Fertile soil in part to full sun. Though shade tolerant too much may affect its flowering potential. Established, potted Japanese Burnet from division.
