Darmera peltata - Indian Rhubarb is a bold peltate-leafed herbaceous plant with broad frilly edges on the large round leaves. Large pink drumstick buds arise before the leaves in mid-spring. As they expand the entire inflorescence turns pink. Flowers emerge light pink and quickly turn white. This is a terrific candidate for the partly shaded woodland garden or on a bank at water's edge. Fertile soil in moisture retaining soil that drains. Specimen plants in trade gallons. Established pot grown division.
