Your visit to Quackin' Grass Nursery will be undoubtedly enhanced when you experience our display gardens. Having planted sixteen or more borders and gardens - depending upon how you divvy them - there will always be trees, shrubs, conifers and herbaceous perennials which will pique your fascination. The gardens have been planned such that it matters not when you arrive at this destination nursery for there are always interesting denizens having their season in the sun - or shade. All the gardens incorporate plants that underscore 4 seasons of interest in various habitat styles.

Though we are closed to the public from November thru March if you wish to view the winter interest in our gardens just call and set up an appointment; this quieter time for us may even allow for a personal guided tour.

The STONE GARDEN adjacent to our home slopes south, turns the southeast corner of our deck and extends north with a sloping east-facing exposure. It is beautiful in all seasons. The photographs on this page are still moments taken in this garden. Come see for yourselves. This sampling illustrates that magic is afoot in every season…
